If Bank99.at is UP for us but you cannot access it, try these solutions:
DOESENT UPDATE AT ALL WHEN YOU PAY SOMETHING. you need to wait 12-14 hours that you see onile your real current amount of money on card.
Cannot find any possibility to cancle the whole service.
Change tariff without letting me know to an option with higher price.
No access to cash or ability to use card terminals in shops for a week.
New credit card isn't showing up in online banking and no option to add it.
The card arrived immediately, bit in 2 months they couldn't open the online banking for me.
And the most expensive one.
Instead I now have to contact the CC company again.
They keep sending automatic replies after waiting weeks!
You can open the account online but you have to visit a postal service center in person to close it.
Worst bank in the whole planet!
If I could put 0 I would.. terrible experience and terrible customer service.
This is not a bank, it should be closed down by the government.
Both companies are useless (see my other review on cardcomplete).
They don’t care about the origin of your money when you deposit money into their account.

That cash is sitting there earning interest for Österreichische Post who are doing absolutely nothing to inform customers.
This means they would for example accept drugs money with pleasure... until the moment someone wants to get it out.......
Glitching all the time, needs long to load. So sad.
We have to respect that they have their rules. And this is correct.
They say this is the law...... so banks are allowed to keep unverified funds in their account?
Changing soon my bank even im just 1 month and a half of using it.
Without any warning or explanation, they suddenly emailed me to say my accounts were closing and I needed to provide a new account for them to transfer my money to.
Refuse to accept cancelation via eMail / within the System itself.
I would give 0 because they do not even deserve 1 star from 5!

I would reccomend it for fckn NOBODY. I went there 23. january 8th for a card, after 3 weeks I got Nothing. So I had to go again.
By far the most unbelievably incompetent and customer-unfriendly bank you can imagine.
I went 3 different bank in here, Voralberg, and they have " no money" cause there was klima bonus like 2 days ago!
I changed bank and even wasn't able to use the service I was charged....
When I called, the man I spoke to said there was nothing I could do to prevent it because it would be closed the next day!!!

I cannot transfer money and they do not help me.

I could use my card only after waiting for almost 2 months.
They split your deposit and with this excuse they charge the double amount on the same fund.
No consideration for their customers, and I am left with no way to access my own savings to pay for anything until I can find a new bank.
Don't even think to try this bank cause it's a b'llsh't, with zero knowledge and structure.
We are in the year 2024, this should be done in a matter of seconds via user interface.
