I have bought on this shop several times and all went smooth, until last order which had resulted in claim, due to product being damaged.
I have ordered many items from bad. no.
The quality of the product is consistent with what is described in the website.

service was excellent, have used bad. no previously and they responded quickly and kept me updated. Parts arrived quickly.
Claim handling was somehow slow and took almost 2 weeks to solve, but eventually I received new item and small compensation in form of refund on the postage.
But this doe snot work so well, when you have questions at the moment you want to order something (like asking for measurements and so on).
The price was lowest compared to any other suppliers of the same bathtub, and it was delivered very fast (within one week, much faster than what was stated in the web page).
However, as many times I have tried calling them regarding any questions I had about the purchase or delivery, it was impossible to get though the line.
Extremely happy with Chris (Salgsleder) and his management of the case.
Trained professionals and a variety of products with fast delivery.
Im giving 4* due to the longer waiting time, however Im eventually satisfied and will use this shop again in the future.
So the customer service via phone seems to be non existing...
Would definitely recommend to buy from them.
