UPD: Unexpectedly received the product in the end, which is good, but comunication, notifications and support experience during incident still was poor, slow and confusing as described above.
Once the order is placed we receive communication about our order by mail and when it can be delivered to our.
Not possible to reach support by phone (robot drops the call), email communcation is poor. Do not recomend.
Their lieferung service has been very sincere.

The price was much lower than the other websites. Delivery was fast.

Maybe a more update stock could help avoid the returns (not due to money return but expectation of getting what I wanted was missed).
