Is Baajcapital Down?

This is not allowed in our country & it needs to be STOPPED now they are just stealing hard working people’s life savings !

This is a private equity company that buys up companies in administration with the promise of trying to save it but does the totally opoosite and makes everyone redundent without paying them and breaks all communication, This company has no morals and is only looking to sell all the assets and then fold the company, so just looking to asset strip and bugger everyone involved that needs to be paid the owed their wages and they are happy to go to tribrunal and see if you give up.

Knowingly get suppliers to ship goods with zero intention of paying them.

You read the reviews and naively assume no business could operate so dishonestly and unethically but yes, Baaj do just that. Buy a business.

They are an absolute monkey outfit that rip people off, I would be very wary of buying anything from their businesses.

They buy struggling companies with a promise of minimal redundancies and then make loads of redundancies and does not pay any redundancy money to the staff they have laid off, current cases going through ACAS! but they are doing their best to get out of paying anyone, Disgraceful behaviour!

I am trying to get some influential people to have a good look at this company to see who and what they are doing to companies when they take over.

A scam company, just look at their history and also into the guys that are behind this company.

This company need to be investigated for their criminal activities, breaking every employment law. would love to chat to Shandycandy so we can find out which other companies they have ruined, try and get in touch so we can join forces to get this company investigated.

They haven’t got a decent bone in their bodies, I pity anyone who gets caught up in their dismal world via an ‘acquisition’.

Never seen people so complete and utterly out of their depth. It's almost comical.

He used to be an importer under Kirens international, now he seems to have gone into full time scamming and this is just another outfit of his.

Put simply, if the company you work for gets bought by Jaswinder Singh/ BAAJ Capital, be prepared for them to consistently lie to you and treat you with no respect.

Jaswinder Singh from Wakefield, 32a Albion st, Castleford has been doing this for 15 years since I have known of him.

They think by renaming a company on companies house you can just DO LEGAL FRAUD MAYBE EVERYONE SHOULD DO THIS ?

Unethical company run by scandalous people who break every employment law and bully their way through.

There are 16 employees from my company all pursuing claims against Baaj Capital, Lissom Footwear and JDS64 Ltd.

Baaj Capital claim not to be employees which seems to protect them from any investigation however as an employee within a company owned by Baaj capital the only contact point are the 5/6 consultants that work for the Singh brothers.

TUPE transfer some employees across, then tell them their notice period has just been changed from 3 months to 1 week and dismiss them.

I was unfortunate enough to be one of the casualties last year when Baaj bought the company I worked for during a pre pack administration.

On the surface they claim to be reputable but looking into their business practices proves that they are completely dishonest.

Baaj Capital are appalling, they thrive on lying, cheating and bullsh*tting their way through every single day of their lives.

This company cannot improve, exactly what they did with Shandy candy they have done too our Family, company is full of crooks and should not be allowed to trade.

The Baaj website intentionally gives very brief profile details and surprise, surprise, not many of them are on LinkedIn either..

During my experience I had pension contributions removed from my wage which were not credited to my pension fund, contractual benefits removed with no explanation, unpaid wages, unpaid maternity, unpaid tax and national insurance… The list goes on.
