We traveled to Crete in October with Apollo.
TAK til Apollo fordi har dette super duper hotel i jeres program.
At arrival we were set off at a wrong hotel in the middle of nowhere.
i have tried to renew my plan for 4 days online dut of course it wouldnt accept any payments i went to live chat for help the rep kept trying to convince me to pay via cash-app i repeatedly told her i dont do cash-app she then said my account was flagged and i can only pay cash app no credit cards once i told her that i was gonna go to another company that accepted my card then she said oh wait now i can accept your card .
We had good fly with SAS and our hotel in Greece was very clean and the personal kind and very friendly.
Would like to praise the Swedish team near Parga Greece, for helping my daughter who got into trouble.
Be careful if you leave your sons with the staff of Apollo Rejser in hotel Green Garden Resort in Tenerife.
Flyveturen var ikke super, men hotellet Grand Hyatt var helt i top!

Rhodos i uge 42 var fantastisk. Intet at klage over.
Vi var på Kreta for 14. gang - absolut “vores” ø. Vi boede for 7. gang på Minoa Palace Resort & Spa ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ og vi kommer ikke til at bo andre steder.
Hotel Arion = Gæstfrihed - Service - Kvalitet, man skulle tro at Arion arbejder efter dette motto - there is no excuse for not being perfect.
They handled it fantastically and helped all the way.
Great vacation but ruined by MESS logistics at the airport on way back home.
Apollo denies that it happend and refuses to compensate for the cost and delay.

Vi havde en dejlig uge på Rhodos sidst i maj måned, boede på Mitsis Grand hotel i Rhodos by, med all incl. Hotellet ligger perfekt.
Super hotel, børnevenligt, fantastisk mad.
I will Never choose Apollo again!!!
Helt igennem fantastisk hotel, tjenere, mad, beliggenhed…..
First informed by Apollo staff that check in will open in 45 min and did not get informed that I MUST wait in queue even though I COULD not check in. Result ... check in opened sooner and my family ended up in a long queue of people who arrived after me.
5 stjerner til hotellet mythos Beach Resort ,rent pænt god buffet ,vi havde all incl.
Staff was not supportive and somewhat unfriendly.
Apollo serves with high performance - for your enjoyment on distant shores.
We had to pay taxi bill to get to the right destination.
Alt fungerede med fly, transfer, der var intet at klage over.
Reasonable price and good and easy onboarding , good communication through your stay and very good customer service engagement!
After talking with the guide and trying to contact by mail i have finally managed to make an 'official' complain.
Experience with last minute offers and specially Playitas hotels was amazing !
