If you try to contact them you will end up on an answering machine and they don't answer emails.
I bought a room heater from this site and received a different product.
No sign at all they they will correct their mistake or give me a refund.
I only buy in this site when strictly necessary.
The website is good and they sell good stuff for good price.
However, the service after the acquisition is awfull, terrible.
Delivery deadlines and competitive prices.
They hide informations, delay answers and hinder the comunications.
Following their instructions, I mailed back the product and simply did not have any feedback from them after that.
