Called customer service, I was told to wait until 21 Oct, if the book still hasn’t arrive, they will classify it as lost and will initiate a refund.
I ordered XReal AR Glasses for $345 and instead received a cheap normal china made sunglasses!
But they aren't short of false empathy and empty words.
Customer service worse than useless no help at all.
There are undoubtedly superior alternatives, and I will never use Amazon. sg again.
Ordered a book on 16 Oct and was told delivery would be on 18 Oct but when the day came, I did not receive the package but delivery status state that package was handed over to resident.. how is that possible.
I would recommended not ordering anything from Amazon SG which is supplied and shipped from Amazon US.

I cancelled just one item it’s sending me email to pay for whole order for a huge amount.

Worst delivery ever, they partnered with worst delivery service in SG “NINJA VAN”.
Reason from amazon is that parcel is with the delivery company.
So what is the point of recreating return label repeatedly when the CS team simply refuse to work with the carrier service to arrange pick up.
I could have simply gone to the supermarket instead of relying on their delivery service.

All polite and happy to tell you they will pass on your feedback but cant escalate or contact the appropriate group to find out what's gone wrong. I asked the question.
I'd like to warn other customers about a dishonest and hassle-prone seller.
I have made several request to their CS for my return parcel to be pick up on different occassion and always not successful.
Does not resemble US or UK Amazon in any way. Selection is poor.
I order an item from USA since 1st quarter of this year 2022, till now month of june 2022, i have not received it yet.
Called them again on 21 Oct to inform them that I still haven’t receive the book, so they submitted a refund and told me to re-order which I did.
Requested to cancel and refund is also rejected.
This time delivery was arranged for 22 Oct… I waited and waited and again the same thing happened.. delivery status said package was delivered at 4. 24pm on 22 Oct but I did not receive it… called customer service and they told me to wait for another day which I refused… then they told me to re-order again .. to which of course I refused because I do not want to be taken for a fool.
Amazon also rejected my honest review, citing that the comment was more on the seller than the product. Of course!
When I got the product and noticed the quantity was wrong, I tried to negotiate for a partial refund several times with the seller, but all of them were declined.
I regret using Amazon SG and not reading their reviews. 3 consecutive times, I ordered the same book trying to get it, they refunded the first 2 times and assured that they tweaked the delivery instructions and address algo to get it right.
The Amazon SG Customer Service have no ability to do anything on an amazon US orders which have issues.
I have been experiencing issues with my orders from Amazon. sg Fresh being cancelled due to failed delivery, even when the delivery tracking indicated that the order was on its way.
I am disappointed that amazon. sg is using ninjavan as their courier. and they can't dell you if the delivery will be done buy which courier if you attempt to use priority delivery. and i cant choose a pickup location/box for my delivery.
Ordered from Amazon fresh paid for delivery day 1 get a message at end of delivery slot - your order has been cancelled!
This is false advertising at its worse and I have no way to call or reach out to amazon beside going thru the refund process.
