I've purchased a charging cable/adaptor previously but it didn't work, I wanted to return it and after some minor hassle, I achieved to get it returned but the seller started asking me irrelevant troubleshooting questions about the item.
The next day and for the third time, I contacted them again to stress out that I wanted a replacement because the automated email they sent me stated that I will get a refund and it was just bugging me.
Order not delivered (No 404-3552946-4630733) , no any satisfactory info from customer service .
So I contacted Amazon (by the way, there isn't even a phone number you can call on their page, you can only chat), but they only remembered to send the product. But what happened?
How is that logical to say call Amazon France to solve your problem about a good that I bought from Amazon Turkey?

After those process with Amazon Turkey I reached to Amazon and they said buy order has come from Amazon France, I need to reach to Amazon France?!?
Anyway, after 3 days I was surprised to know that they decided to make a refund instead of sending a replacement.
On February 20, I contacted DHL and asked them to stop the package and return it to sender.
Their company is called Kolay Gelsin and if it is not delivered with Kolay Gelsin, I cancel the order (if I order from Amazon).
The customer service sent me a e mail to return the product to Amazon and after receiving I should receive a new one. Perfect solution !
A company; which is a "worlwide brand" for trade, "cant" even supply people with which they have purchased.
I told them the minimum would be to resend the item while this "investigation" is ongoing.
My coffee maker order 171-8265921-0549162 did not work 8 months after buying.
I wanted to contact AmazonTR again and they considered my email as a "feedback" and they thanked me.
One day one item (less than 30€) didn´t get delivered even though it was flagged as delivered.
Not Amazon Turkey neither Amazon did not helping me to solve my problem.
And the express delivery is totally a scam because even when you order multiple products from the same seller, actually even if you order two very small sd cards that can easily fit in one package and one single delivery but they rather charge twice for fast delivery for the same product and they send it with different shipments so they can profit more off two charges for fast delivery instead of one. It's a scam.

Such a huge name "amazon", and such poor experience.
Delivery date was March 7Th 2024, today is March 28 th .
I had a problem with the airfryer I bought but they did not help me. amazon. com.
So AmazonTR told me that they wanted to give me some kind of gift code to cover my loss. I said okay. 1 week passed. Refund arrived.
I called DHL and asked if they could let me know where my package is and they told me that they had never received the package, amazon only shared the parcel number and that means they didn't give it to cargo yet.
I must go to repair shop.
I have already requested a refund as of today, February 13, 2024. 1) I haven't been able to put my daughter in the car and take her anywhere for 1 month, I still don't have a car seat. 2) This company is using the 7,400 TL that I paid for 1 month.

Made a large order on Amazon Turkey, payed extra for express delivery to try and insure arrival, having already quiet a few parcels in the past never making it or canceled or lost.
No one stood behind the product, I'm writing to the site management 45 days, no results, no reply.
Telephone number found in the internet doesn't work. So no way to call them.
Their customer service cant even provide me with a date for when will it ship.
Before returning the package, I contacted customer service about this issue and they approved the order return and they asked me whether I want a refund or a replacement.
At second of the April, I ordered a tripod from amazon. com. tr, I'm a prime member and I also paid extra for fast delivery, The item was supposed to be delivered at 4th of April but today is 6th of April and they haven't even sent it yet.
After 3 weeks waiting I got a call from customer service they cancelled the new machine and want to return the coffee machine to sender.
It is not ethical for big company like Amazon to be unable to solve this problem and to give me wrong promises.
They checked and told me that it was actually delivered to the sender on March 1 and they also provided the waybill number for me to track.
The best knowledge i gathered from them was "its still in the supply phase".
Even through I placed an order with Amazon Turkey Fast Shipping, I still haven't received the cargo.
They say that they want to refund , but when I buy the same product from another platform with the same price that day , I can't even get a sub-segment of the money that was promised to me.
I contacted DHL again, asked them whats going on and why do Amazon tell me that the package is not yet delivered?
