Was told next day delivery .
All necessary supplies were given.
There are enough bad reviews here to warn people away from this cowboy gutter operation.
I bought the tiles last Tuesday.
Spoke to head office as well but basically didn't care about the quality of the tile or the problems I had.
I ordered tiles and specifically selected Sunday for delivery, as I had no way to collect them myself.
Great Leeds showroom and very good knowledgeable staff.
Staff in some of their stores are disinterested and act like they are doing you a favour by serving you.
No attempt to help or speed things along.
However, a day before the delivery, they called to say that they don’t deliver on Sundays because their staff made a mistake.
Wide choice of quartz is available at very competitive prices.
From the initial consultation to choose our tiles, right up to the help to load them into my car when they arrived, I dealt with different members of the team, all of whom were very helpful.
I supposed to get the delivery on Friday.
I had ordered bathroom tiles and one third of them were broken.
Our builder mentioned the overflow cuts in the cistern were lower than the supplied pipe fitting so before the excess water could flow internally, it was coming out.
The customer service is terrible in the shop in slough and also at the head office.
Just spend your money elsewhere and save yourself from the hassle of dealing with this rot infused outfit.

He discussed our options with us and suggested how we should use the tiles.
If the tiles had been good quality in first place wouldn't have had to redo them and would have been in the 30 days.
Paid a lot for a sample tile and went back to collect it, but after waiting 20 minutes for them to search the store, they said they didn't have it.
The team dealing with our order were amazing plus the price of all the services could not be beat I shopped around far & wide once again thank you for 1st class services anyone looking for granite or quartz work surfaces would be daft not to speak to these guys.
On top of that, they made a mistake with the order by sending extra tiles and overcharging me.
I bought stone tiles from al murad.
I purchased some white cladding from chingford store and needed some mire which picked from the ilford store.
When I called the store they are blaming the courier company instead of taking the responsibility or pushing the courier company.
Bought 2 sq meters to finish bathroom and match existing tiles which I explained to the staff which was 60 x 30 cm the staff said this particular tile will do got home and checked tiles ,tiles where . 16mm wider than existing tiles. phoned Al murad they yes I bring the tiles but would lose 30% I explained I'm in Birmingham I bought the tiles in London can I take to another branch they said explained wouldn't be able to return till outside the 30 days they said they would put not on system to honour refund when I bought the tiles back they then said no it out of the 30 days .
Nothing arrived next day - chased local store and all they have done is sent replacement tiles to our local store which we now have to drive to collect and that's 3 days after promised.
The extra amount I spent on petrol for all the back and forth, I could have spent at Topps Tiles or Tile Giant and saved the sheer bottomless aggravation and stress!
Also, did all the heavy lifting! Really good at his job.
After cutting one piece and fixing noticed shade difference. so went back to chingford to pick up the write shade.
smashed tiles on delivery - customer service told us they would courier out replacements to our home address.
They were excellent quality and looked great.
Just had our quartz Calacata Black worktops fitted looks absolutely amazing fitting was first class they were so polite & helpful.
Went to collect told not in stock and won't be delivered till next week .. so went to collect myself 2hr drive . Useless company.
outright liers - purchased £1000 of tiles, when unpacked bottom pack of tiles completely smashed. customer service promised next day courier to replace these as my tiler was starting the job.
After a lot of back-and-forth, they partially delivered the tiles on another day but left me no choice but to arrange with a friend to collect the rest.
We are absolutely thrilled with our choice, as they all look great.
