Tried to register on my Abri portal then this lady Raquel was very helpful.
Abri sent their engineer called Kyle to our home to fix a leaky radiator, Kyle was very courteous and polite, one he fixed the leaky radiator he asked if we had any other radiator problems and a temp dial needed replacing, Kyle went and got the part and replaced straight away.
Shawn and Graham fixed a collapsed garden fence recently and were great.

Called on Monday, when discovering one of our radiators was leaking.

I spoke to a member of staff on their chat, about some of my windows being foggy, they were really helpful and sent a colleague to inspect my windows, he informed me they were what he called blown.
My radiator stopped working, i booked to have it sorted and Adam was sent to come fix it.
The repair people always arrive on time with a text to say they are on the way and go above and beyond to get the job done even going back out to get the part if it’s not in the van to save booking another appointment.
They also did an external repair.
The contractors where very thourough in there job.
Jake went above and beyond by not only completing the plumbing job he had come to rectify but also the one that was scheduled for the following week which saved his time, my time , therefore money.
After explaining the problem and that we were having new flooring being fitted on this day.
They are also always friendly and respectful of my house including taking off their shoes or wearing disposable shoe covers.
