they cancelled all my 4 orders I made in the exact same day. tried contacting them, but they won’t answer the phone or reply to the emails.

I'm not able to make a purchase it says something went wrong for the past hour. Any type of purchase isn't going through not even when it's delivered.

I wanna buy a product since it asks me to login or create account,whenever i try to do either options it tell me my details are incorrect but all of them are correct,i tried to change the passwords never send any email and also tried it with multiple accounts.I cant get the product now!
I can't checkout. Not on mobile or laptop.
Also, while I love the selection, the pricing can be a bit high, and size availability is sometimes limited, especially for plus-size shoppers.
I log-on and try to place the order, only for card payment to say 'temporary error' and to try Gpay or Apple pay.
Go to Zalando instead as they have faster and more reliable deliveries.
I am afraid loosing huge money cause I still have two more orders that I paid for.

Moreover the barcodes were not valid, no results found when scanned.
However, there is a return process to be improved: it is not normal that for the item, returned and received by aboutyou warehouse, you have to wait at least 2 more weeks for the reimbursement. Speed it up, guys!
Don't know the reason, but it makes me concern about originality of shoes, cause known brand don't do this.

All my friends and family use this website to buy clothes and shoes and we can 100% recommend it.
From experience, the next step this company will take is to request an order number (which of course they never generated) and use it as an excuse to have this review pulled.

I had sent numerous emails to About you, none was responded to.
Great variety of products, brands, and basically anything you search for.
Both came in damaged brown boxes (not the original package) and the shoes had no tags or anything to prove they are original.
The delivery takes more time than announced but to satisfy you they give you a -10% discount for your next order.

The result of the purchase was: 8,500 kc deducted from the bank, no order number generated, no goods ever delivered due to an 'error'.
