Andrews and Arnold are exceptional, and stand out way above the large corporate mass of ISPs.
First phone call to A&A lead to a good conversation of my internet needs with the sales staff.
Very responsive to questions, informative, plain language, transparent pricing structure.
Support calls are answered immediately, usually by the same very knowledgeable person.
Andrews & Arnold are the best.
I've recently moved my FTTP connection over to A&A and it went very smoothly, taking less than a day to do the transfer.
Most improtantly, when there is an issue, their support team are there to help.
They provide excellent advice and go above and beyond, without ever sticking you in a queue or shoving you out to a call centre.
Possibly the only service like this left in the known universe!
I've purchased & set up my VoIP services with A&A today and I have to say it was refreshingly 'great' and seamless from start to finish.
Excellent customer service too.
The service was automatically transferred on the appointed date.
I've been with A&A for several years, initially for ADSL, but also using two bonded VDSL lines for a backup to a fibre connection.
I transferred my FTTP and internet phone service from Sky to A&A using their one touch switch system.
The support team were equally impressive and my issues were addressed in a friendly, clear and concise manner.
A&A were very helpful with pre-order questions as usual and all went smoothly.
If connectivity is important at home, for example due to work, then the peace of mind that comes with being able to pick up the phone to a knowledgeable, UK-based human being is priceless.
Whilst I had no technical problems with my previous ISP, I needed to switch my traditional analogue phone line to digital (VoIP) as the old landline had been destroyed in a lightning strike and A&A could do that simply.
A quick phonecall to A&A spoke to a trainee, who was on top of the issue very quickly, saw what was going on and let me know that they were waiting for some software configuration to complete.
This is *the* ISP for anyone who likes talking to actual real human beings who are knowledgeable and able to help!
I’ve been with A&A for many years and would not change.
They have fantastic service and managed to have Openreach FTTP installed in quick time.
No problems with the connection, always willing to sort things out with BT, and no hanging about on the phone in a queue.
Fantastic service and great product.
Has exceeded my expectations. 5 star reviews are absolutely spot on. Best ISP I have used.
AND CLAMED THAT ALL THEIR EQUIPMENT AND SETTINGS WERE WORKING AND THERE WAS NO WAY IT WAS THEIR FAULT.
I have been using A&A for over 8 years now, when my old ISP went bankrupt and left me (and others) in the lurch at Christmas 2016.
I have been with AA for about 8 years and they have always provided excellent customer service and internet.
There were several reasons why I switched, firstly A&A has a good service reputation, secondly VoIP is available and thirdly IPv6 is active.
Exceptional customer service and very reliable.
The support (real email communications or phone) is absolutely not your typical 'call centre' experience, but instead you wll reach real technical experts who can really help you, even with obscure issues.
I recently had FTTP (Full Fibre) installed, and the process was seamless.
The line speeds are as advertised and all the staff that I had contact with were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
It's nice to speak to someone who understands networking when you have an issue.
The only small improvements I can suggest are to add details to the order confirmation email about how best to cancel the existing line once the new one is up and running. ("Order" a cancellation on the website or phone in) and to add details of the latest BT (Adtran) ONT to the support pages.
I HAD BIG PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY I BOUGHT A PHONE NUMBER,PLAN AND AN ADAPTOR FROM THEM. IT WOULD NOT WORK.
We moved house recently and they made the transition super easy and clear.
Whether it is unplugging the phone line, turning off the modem or OpenReach problems (sadly they don’t know which).
Do yourself a favour and check them out.
If you want to set up your own router, then all the necessary infomration is provided in an 'Info pack'.
