Took over a month to get my shipment, requested refund several times, refused.
3D printed piece of junk. Tastes awful.
There were also plastic fibers left on the device which I belive contributed.
I purchased a device from this company, the device was 3D printed and had a plasticity chemical taste I belive due to the 3D printing.
This "company" is just a rude little brat that cheaply 3-d prints garbage and doesn't honor the shipping described, returns or anything else once he gets his money.
If it was possible to leave a zero review I would.
Product flavors are disgusting. its a cheap 3D printed device that they are ripping people off of. SCAM!!!!!!!!!
They are also very engaged with their customers and followers on social media offering encouragement and tips.
When you pick express shipping it does nothing, I selected it and was told that express shipping is only available if you spend over 200 even if you are willing to pay extra for the shipping... 3.
I quit a while ago because I was very sick, I really wanted to start again but used this instead. It's helped me so much.
There is no way any of the reviews on the site are real all the flavours taste like cleaning products smell, you have pinesol, lemon pledge and much more .
Bad chemical plastic taste off the mouthpiece, 'flavors' if I can them that lol cleaning products in my opinion. RUN, OMG RUN!!
They have a refund policy that they refuse to honor. Avoid at all cost.
Products arrived super fast and well packaged.
Block you on Facebook after repeated requests for a refund, will not return messages.
The device it self is really really cheaply made plastic that has obvious bad spots where plastic fibres are showing up everywhere and will most likely get inhaled by anyone trying to use this device.
Really helps me not smoke.
Finally arrived almost 2 months later and the filters smell like they're dipped in cleaning supplies.
Cheap product and credit card was compromised after purchase.
First you cannot pick what flavours you want in the starter kit, he told me it was cause it was all pre packaged together... when order show up all products were loosely thrown into a shipping envelope..... would of been easy to remove the flavours that I will never use... 2.
Hires paid actors to give good reviews and deletes bad reviews before blocking you from their Facebook page.
All the flavors of lysol are available ....... hmmmm, this can't be legal.
Can't prove it but this is the only out of the ordinary thing I purchased online with my credit card this year and now I have had to cancel the card after suspicious authorizations and a USD charge to Netflix under a fake name.
Taste of cheap plastic and horrible taste non the sticks.
The owner is so rude to deal with.. will not allow returns.

I had already got on nicoderm patches by then and quit vaping, so don't even need the product by the time it arrived.
Definitely a company to turn to if you are trying to quit smoking or vaping.
This company is amazing, they really care about what they do and who they do it for.
I have the light kit and it's great.
They have a return policy that they will not honour, block you on Facebook if you leave a bad review. SCAM!
