Surprisingly, after this adaption, price increase notifications to 1&1 customers are piling up (browse the www), not allowing clients to cancel immediately (to the date of price raise) anymore.
I still do not understand how is it possible that no one in the support team speaks English.
I gave 4 stars for the ladies, doing a wonderful job at 1und1 customer service.... it has always been strange attitude with most men at 1&1 ... they hardly help or solve my complains or make me understand briefly what happening regarding my oder....
Don’t get caught in their trap signing the contract.
Price increased by >10% with a decrease in service.

I am leaving Vodafone and I have seen how poorly they treat their customers. 1und1 has been very professional and proactive in communication and offered much help with different solutions for me to get my home internet working again.
Hence I decided to choose 1&1 for the next 24 months!
But i learned to be glad to have this much, most of the time i have like 5...
The agent was very friendly.
Had been a customer for over 3 years.
So after seven years of loyalty, I’m now stuck with a company that refuses to cancel my contract.
When I noticed the error I asked them to repay the money they refused saying it was not their mistake.

T&C's (DSL) changed in May 2023 for dismissal for exceptional reasons.
