How to Solve Weather.com Down or Outage Issues

I live in the area of Shreveport, LA, where the hurricane Beryl is forecasted to come through, or very near to, tomorrow. All of your Mapbox maps are only showing the name of nearby Bossier City ( which is a much smaller city) but are not showing the name of the larger city of Shreveport at all. This is a big labelling error, and seems very odd. It may confuse a lot of people, and may offend the officials and citizens of Shreveport. Please correct this.
