Able to get to the website. When logging in slows to a snails pace then stops working and says server error.

Either can't log into webmail, we receive a 503 error, or once in the mailbox will not refresh. This is reported via a red box as a Server Error. Webmail Clients, such as Outlook, are also unable to connect via IMAP.
