Shutterfly is not saving my work even though I hit save and it says saving. I added 2 pages, and it removed the 2 pages and put the pictures from those pages onto photos in other pages. Now I have pictures on top of pictures. The person I talked to at Shutterfly said that they are having technical issues, and that a lot of people are having problems. He said at the beginning of the conversation that he could help me, but he went into my book on his end, and there was nothing he could do. I'm supposed to spend a few hundred dollars on this book? I'm furious.

One of my projects decided to go back to something from over an hour ago. I am unable to change or delete pictures to complete project. When trying to reload page it just looks like it is loading for more than 10 minutes now. I've tried to close and restart a few times through the day with no luck.

After signing in, I try to upload photos via drag and drop or My Computer drop down. Each time it asks me to sign in even though I'm already signed in. When I click on the Sign In bar, it takes me nowhere and I have to back out. I tried looking at My Photos and get the blue death loop that goes on and on but never loads. I've cleared the cache/cookies and tried different browsers.

I am unable to access my Projects. I get a message about communication failure. I am unable to create a photo book. It just hangs.

Can't access "My Projects" at all. Keep getting "error in communicating with service" message. Tried the live chat customer service to see if it could be fixed, but it was atrocious. They redirected me to 3 different people, all of whom simply asked which browser I was using and if I'd tried clearing my cache and then "escalated the issue" to the next person, who all asked the exact same things. This process also took 30+ minutes. Absolute garbage.

Yesterday it was not saving and I received a message to that effect. Today I cannot "My Projects." Restarted browser, but still no luck.

I'm trying to upload a few photos from my iPhone and I get the message that Shutterfly is having problems connecting to mobile upload service. Is this on your end or mine? What can we do? Thank you.

Trying to upload photos from my android phone. I was always able to click manual upload. There is no manual upload and it states checking for photos to upload and that this might take some time. Hours????
