All my customers are gone and there are no archived customers or threads to show I have talked to anyone. Client paid me last week, but nothing is showing in my account. No threads to any conversations with a new client I'm booking today.

Trying to create an account to contact someone to watch my dog. Keep receiving "you are unable to complete your signup please try again". I've tried and tried and nothing....

I scheduled a couple visits last week and booked with my usual sitter Stephanie. She confirmed. I updated my dog's profiles and care at that time. Those updates are gone and I am having trouble logging in.
