Internet issues, Red light on modem since 8:00 pm last night, been almost 12 hours.. No tech support available, DNS not found.. This happened 3 years ago and they told ys we had to upgrade.. Ya'll better not be trying to pull the same ish..

Red light on modem. Primus support number says not assigned and primus tech. support 24/7 also not assigned, why. This is crap. I have been having so many problems in the last three months and you raised the monthly rate by $6. This is just wrong! Lower the rate or give me a refund until you fix your problems. Thanks.

My mailwasher program is trying to check for emails and my Primus accounts keep giving error messages. Is the email server back east where everyone else is having problems with internet, etc.

I have turned the power on and off on both router and modem at least 5 times in the last 2 hours and still have red light on router.
