every time i go into a shop or get a message it glitches out and becomes transparent and I have to figure out where the close button is to exit the message or store.

Mine is stuck on the sign in screen but it does not show the sign in or sign up buttons. And then I tried Clever, it said connection error on Clever.

When I try to open the webpage https://play.prodigygame.com/ the site does not open and says. "This site can’t be reached connection must be reset. Try: Checking the connection Checking the proxy and the firewall Running Connectivity Diagnostics ERR_CONNECTION_RESET" That is copy-pasted in so pretty sure it's accurate, Got any suggestions already tried resetting network so don't say that.

When playing the game my mouse is off-set from the in-game mouse by about an inch please fix this, as it gets very annoying when solving a problem or traversing the map.

I am getting the 403 forbidden error on my scree everytime I try to get into the game from my computer browser. This does not happen when I use my mobile data on my cell phone but only using my wi-fi. Could there be any restriction to my IP address or something like that?

Prodigy math- the screen after it loads just doesn't work. It's not frozen, the animations are working, but none of the buttons work. It's been like this since the ELA option was introduced. I was really high-leveled in the math section, and personally think the ELA bit is trash, so this is super-annoying.
