My internet connection does not work = no business mail access for 2 days, this is completely unacceptable, I am losing my patience with Pacific Internet after being a customer at [email protected] since 1996 or 1997, have put up with more frequent shorter term 1 to 3 hour outages mostly after work hours, but really for 2 days! Can't get anyone on the phone, coming into the office at 5PM today to knock on the door! Is anyone home! This is amounting to serious losses in my business and inconveniences and delays in communications. A more transparent and communicative approach would be appreciated, not just a message that the internet is down and we have no estimate of when it will be back. Wondering how many customers are leaving over this issue. Unfortunate as you have provided reasonably good service through the years, but I am losing my faith in Pacific Internet.

We cannot send or receive emails so we cannot access any business dealings and correspondances. This has been for a few days. Since we also cannot access PI online, it is getting rough as this is how we communicate with our clients.

Not receiving any email. Phone calls to them all fail.

I have attempted to access my electronic mail for the past four days without
success. I left this message two days ago with my telephone number, asking
for assistance, but there was telephone message.
Previously, my Internet site, hosted by Pacific Internet, was deleted because
of a possible hacking. Pacific Internet never contacted me as to this, and only
represented this when I drove to its office.
