Is Nutritionix Down?

Track not logging for today, Oct 11, but can log for tomorrow, and yesterday.

My original weight has been changed by the app. Incorrectly. As of yesterday. Also, I can't tap on an individual date and see the info and my weight got that date.

To those who are still having issues, especially when loading historical data, sign in and out. When the API came back online, my iPhone app automatically logged me out and when I logged back in, everything was there in a couple seconds. I had to go through the tips again for as if I was a new user of the app but that is nothing to be concerned about.

Yesterday the app didn't work at all. status.nutritionix.com was showing services as down. This morning the status shows good and the app is working again, meaning I can add new food intake this morning. However historical data is not loading.

Pretty much the same as others . No data before 2/16 (except for weight) shows that i have 7 items 7 items in "food basket" then that goes away?

my meal info is gone although the calendar red/green days remain. app and website take ages to load. it loaded after ages last night but the food i inputed then is gone now 🥲

My meal history is gone, only my weight and exercise data remains. I am unable to input log any new meal data.

Only the login works, all past data is gone (except for daily calorie limit). Cannot log any new data either…

The app is opening but not loading anything. Not sure if it’s internet or the app but I’ve tried it without internet, with internet, I restarted my iPhone. Still doesn’t work

deleted all info/logged food since beginning and won’t let me log new ones and won’t show calorie intake at the top. only shows exercise

The app and website do not show any of my previous food recordings for the entire time I have been tracking. The only thing that shows is my exercises and my calendar goals to show which days I accomplish my goals and which days I did not. So much for all of that recording and my personal data….

No data in app. Nearly two years of data just disappeared.

Weeks of data, food recopies and preferences, have disappeared. Its as if I have never used the app.

won't load previous days and every time i refresh page a different issue happens.

My logged food for the past year is not loading. Some months don't show any logging but others show my weight and exercise. The errors are inconsistent for each month. It all happened a few hours ago.

All my data from the initial installation of the app is gone and only the exercise is still present. All custom foods are gone as well.

App and desktop site still not working.
