I placed an home delivery order from a near by outlet 4 days ago. The order has not yet been accepted. An hour after placing the order I called up the store to accept my order request but they said they didn’t receive any requests and to contact magic pin customer care. I tried the helpdesk on the magic pin app but it doesn’t work, it says “oops, something went wrong” everytime I try to cancel and refund my order. I tried calling on the customer care number and the bot said I have to open magic pin on a web browser. I did that, there’s no option to report the order. I’m stuck having paid for the order without refund being initiated due to extreme bad service. Worst experience ever!

Got automatically logout from the App. My order is on the way, not able to login from any of the devices or platforms.
