Payment done by paynow transfer done. Check with bank was told apply success deducted from my account to alipay. As the items was failed payment don't go thru lazada. And i have contact the customer care assistant for help which they ask me the proof of the bank transaction to them by email with case number .As i send the print screen of the payment by Email , email all bound back unable to send out. I call them and tell them about it. And they send me email again but unable again. Or try send i live chat, i try but the reply is: Sorry, I am unable to recognise images yet. Please type out your questions instead. Thank you 😊. As they told me, no proof they also can't help. Please advise 🙏i have emailed [email protected]

I am having problems with the Lazada app on my iphone. After logging in and after verifying with an sms code, it will bring me to another page and ask me to choose whether i want to verify thru my phone or thru email, and whichever one i choose it will bring me to another page with a set of instructions and again I was ask whether i want to use another method to verify, and when i click yes, as that was the only button for me to check, it will bring me back to the previous page and ask me to choose whether i want to verify thru sms or email!! As you see i am very frustrated as this has been about 1 week already. Can you please tell me what is going on? I am a frequent user of Lazada, btw. Please advise!
