Signed up for a lifetime subscription on September 17th and created 1 video and am almost finished with the second video.... now when I log in, it thinks I am a new subscriber, fails to recognize my lifetime plan and both videos that I had about 10 hours invested in are gone.

404 Page not found The page you are looking for doesn't exist or has been moved. Tried Edge and Chrome and it's not working. Also, I found the "Calm Down" splash page when attempting to report the issue to be quite insulting. I will be cancelling my subscription as a result of this experience just as soon as I can access the website.

Recently purchased invideo and noticed it seems very unstable. It doesn't work as smoothly as what was demonstrated in the users youtube video. Something as simple as trying to turn the volume down took forever to get the button to respond. Are your servers just slow or is there is some bigger problem. I need to know if my purchase was a waste of money.

The playback while editing is not working. I can select image / video and add to project, but while editing the selected video / image does not show on the editing screen. All is black, or appears as if you are looking through a tiny hole at the image. Audio works fine. I have hard refreshed as requested. Problem persists

I have purchased Business and been using invideo for many months however the water marks are still on my images and videos so I cannot use them once downloaded. I have not used my limit and would like them removed. I have contacted you several times for this and paid via my sister for the years otherwise can we have a refund as we ae unable to access or get what we paid for. Many thanks

Ok Guys I can assure the problem. To work at InVideo Platform you need very powerful Laptop or PC. As I have both a 20 year old duel core 2 pc where i have been working fine with Camtasia or Capcut. But Whenever I tried to use Invideo either it's the free version or paid, the whole platform lags like unbearable. But fortunately my brother has a HP Zbook which is a mobile worksation for video editing, It was bought to use after effects. So I logged in to Invideo now it worked as same as the maker shows in their youtube videos. So to use Invideo get a pc or laptop similar to the mentioned one and also have high speed internet as mine is 50mbps. Hope I could help the community solving this confusion. And Another thing, I will also buy myself a new zbook after publishing 100 videos on my youtube channel "Zillion SecretiFact" using my brother's laptop. Peace!

I have been trying for at least an hour to edit a video. It is saying it is loading the assets this whole time. I didn't pay for a subscription just to have to take ages to create one video. I've refreshed the page a number of times just to have the same issue. What a waste of my time and money.

Rendering fails. They need to do back end support and reset from their end every time I render a project for the past 48 hours. Even there, rendering still stalls and fails usually between 65 to 80%.

I lock the track and it can't unlock. It say it the site unresponsive. Everytime i unlocked it, the site went down. Please i'm so tired editing this video.
