Battle chronicle for Genshin isn't loading. When I tried to add the battle chronical, all that appeared was Honkai Impact 3rd.

Hello, i contact you because i have a problem with my Hoyolab account. Yesterday i wanted to start the Nahida web event "May your dreams of wisdom come true" and when i press "start" Nahida comes and the dialogue doesn't start, also i saw that the profile pictures of other hoyolab users don't load, and also when i want to check the Wishing History on game, it doesn't load too. I don't know if im the only one who have this problem, but i will be happy if i will get a respone. Thank you
