App glitches and when I start a match, the characters disappear after matchmaking. Then, the arena becomes so small it's so hard to see the ball.

I was level 16 and even bought a $6.99 package with character. I watched an ad, it froze and when I closed the app an reopened my character was gone. I still had my rank and my coins but it made me do the tutorial again and would not load an opponent. I deleted the app, reinstall and I lost everything. Now the developer won't fix my issue.
