Is Triple Match 3D Down?

Got a new wifi router. After that game was reset to level 1. I am dissapionted.

The app has not been loading for several days now. I have deleted and reloaded and still not working.

Constantly freezing

I am at Level 100 the games freezes but timer continues to run Sometimes it will safe app not working

When the timer is done I press continue but it freezes up. I cannot finish the level

At level 3609 the game glitched and started me back at zero. I was t the only one. I have submitted about 6 tickets and I get no response to fix it. Koll3en

Game reset to level 1, charged 5 times 8/22 even though I only tried 1 time and received the message “can’t process order” 1 time and then another charge on 9/1 that I never initiated. I have sent 3 support forms, 2 are now marked closed as of yesterday. Nobody ever responded to any of my requests. Charged multiple times and nothing received. No phone number to call for support

I was on level 3149 with over 11,000 coins and many other bonus items (magnets, freeze play, lightning bolts, extra clocks, ext.) On my team ranking it still shows me listed as #9 on the team on level 3149 but when I go to play I'm all the way back to the beginning. This has been going on since last Wednesday, 8/23. My team name is United States, my name is Jackson on the site. Please advise ASAP.

Knocked down to level 1 - I was at level ca. 9500! Had 1.500 coins and was member of team Iceland. Reported this problem on the 24th of August, five days ago, and still have no answer.

Lost all levels when updated.

I was at level 6439 and 4 days ago it restarted and I was on level 1. Messaged help center and they said they will get back with me. Glad to see I am not the only one. Frustrated it happened because I played this game daily for months. Won't play it again unless they restore my level

Game crashed three days ago..Lost all my progress and taken me back to level 1. The support team say use a support ticket so they can get you back to where you were. How do you get a support ticket? Not happy with the suggestions support team give you as none of it is working. .

Was on level 3300 paid for no ads it’s now gone back to level 1 and wanting more money … customer service is useless

My purchases are not being recognized by the app. Apple shows I made a purchase but the items don’t appear in the app

Server connections seem to be down - can't do anything that requires connecting to servers outside the immediate game play. No lists of users, teams, no chat functions, etc.

Team chest, chat, and gifting lives is not functioning. I'm earning keys, but they're not going in the team chest.

Today the game reset to the beginning. I lost all my progress, my team and the ‘no ads’ version that I purchased. Last night the game stopped accepting purchases.

About a week ago, while I was playing the game, it seemed to have crashed. I looked to see if there was an update on my phone, nope. I did a restart on my phone three times, nope didn't fix it. I decided to uninstalled the game and reinstall it. But now Google play is telling me "something went wrong, try again". I am unable to reinstall your game on my phone. Then today my Samsung Galaxy S21 had a system update, so now I checked again to see if I can download the game, nope still unavailable. Maybe it's just a sign that I've been spending way too much of my time playing your game. I guess it's time to find a hobby or volunteer more hours.

Looking at ad & it freezes. Screen showing “ your brain age”.

For almost 2 days now the game is stuck/frozen. I completed a level (300 hundred and something). I have the screen which shows "Level Complete!" with 1 star. Neither the green "Continue" button allows me to progress to the next level. Nor the x on the purple bar where it says "level complete!' does not allow my to close the screen. I don't want to lose my progression, so I haven't reinstalled the app. I see the ads are still working though!

I was at a level more than 2000. All of a sudden all levels are gone and I am at level 1. What has happened??

It keeps freezing

When I try to use one of the ideas or freezes I’ve accumulated, the puzzle folds/ ends. It’s always when I have 3 pairs in there. Very frustrating!
