Loading screen is the only thing I can see. Game not loading

The game gets stuck on the loading screen. I play it on an android phone. I bought the no ads version plus another $20 in game hints. So I hope reinstalling doesn't delete this plus all my progress.. please is there anything that can be done to fix this I would greatly appreciate it.

I run the game, the loading bar gets done loading but then never opens or runs the game and gets stuck with the popcore logo

Ancient Greece disappeared while playing and I can’t get it back!

The screen has a big notification that is covering most of the screen. This comes whenever i try to open any game. Please advise.

I got a bonus of two compasses and it is stuck on the screen

The magnifier icon is on the middle of the screen.

I won a traveler bundle but I can’t get it off the plat board.

I ordered the Travelers Pack yesterday which didn't load. Then today, there it is taking up most of the screen. I can click on items to the side, but the "continue" button that would load the pack doesn't work and there is a counter-clockwise glowing fan like item taking up the middle as well as the sybol of the bonuses.

Not opening. If opened getting stuck all the time.

OK so the sluggishness has gone and I can play again but where are my magnifying glasses and compassses? I had over 300 magnifying glasses and 70 compasses. Please restore my cache.

Asks me to connect with Facebook or Apple ID to save progress or play as guest. Then won’t let me in. Been playing this a while. Why it’s saying this now I have no clue

The gaming is pausing and not fluid

My problems same as reported by many others. Lost all my progress and cannot play as the game is sluggish and unresponsive. Please reinstate my progress and my stock of finders and magnifying glasses. Totally unfair to wipe all progress when people have spent money to get that far. How about some explanations & a fix?

I am having the same issue as others. The May calendar didn't show up until this week and ever since, the game is sllllllllowwwww. It stops about every second. This is one of my favorite games and it's so disappointing that is isn't playable right now.

It’s very glitchy, not moving fluidly, cannot increase or decrease the size of the screen, it does its own thing and you can’t move around.

The game keeps freezing up making it difficult to continue playing.

Game is laggy and very slow after last update. There is a post in the announcement section in-game that they are aware of the issue and working on fixing it.

Super laggy since the May update, can't play.

Since the May calendar upgrade, the screen refresh lags and then freezes before you can move on to the next item.

The app is very slow and keeps pausing (not being able to move or touch anything) and is lagging. No fun playing anymore. Had been going on ever since the last update beginning of may.

Updated the game and when I went to open the app again, I’d lost all my progress.

Major lag and cannot move around the screen. I update regularly and have the issue on iPad and phone.

The game opens to the loading slide and waits then kicks me off onto my iPad home screen and I am upset because I really like the game and want to play!

Missing Greece level since reinstalling

Ad for extra vase freezes up. I've had to restart and lose all my built-up extras three times.

Recently the Ancient Greece level opened. I was on level 32, went to play today and it's gone. Where it was it now says coming soon

cant claim the compass, the screen just dims and i get stuck at that point.

I purchased a bundle but it’s not showing up. I only see 3 unlocked games and I’d already done those.

Classic stops at New York and says new areas "coming soon". Been like this for weeks. Very frustrating. Are you having software problems? When will the other areas be released?

I am at levels 56/57 on all themes up to Tokyo. The next level STILL has not opened. I can not get in to the Themes, I have been doing, over n over again. I get some screen's with blacked out spots. Fourtunatly I know what to find in the "black-out". What can you do to help the game from not opening, at theme level, and from "blacking out"? Also, how to remove the last cloud, on the 1st theme, and, opening the new theme, after Tokyo.

I had the same issue. Go to App Store, search for app, go to page, wait about 20 seconds and it should change from open to update. Mine works now!

Like somebody else suggested, go into App Store and update app. It looks like it is working for me now!!

Yup, I sadly found myself in the no load club today😫. Thankfully, I read everyone’s input on the issue on this site cuz one club member had a working solution, for me anyways: go to the App Store; find Scavenger Hunt App; after a minute or so, the app status changed from “open” to “update”. I updated and voila, app now opens and everything was saved. Hope this helps others!

Same as everyone else. So frustrating. Paid a lot of money for extras and it seems that uninstalling and reinstalling loses your extras. Would love a reply from Popcore.

App is frozen on black and white loading screen. Have rebooted app and phone several times. Network connection not an issue. Don’t want to delete app and lose all progress. Is problem on your end (I.e server down?) Any other solution to avoid losing progress. Have had to do that previously. 😢

Freezes on Popcore

Starts loading. Popcore comes up and stays there. Started having problems after last update

It opens till The Words P.popcorn and than it stops, so what to do?

Open app, popcore appears, see the line loading till the end , one flash of the Home Screen then switches back to popcore screen and stays there.

Scavenger Hunt loads on Popcore screen then flashes the next screen and then immediately goes back to PopCore screen. Shows loading line complete but then just freezes.

Like others, I was stuck on the loading screen with Popcore name and full loading bar with no further progression. Also like others, I forced the application to stop and reloaded byt this did not fix the issue. I also uninstalled the game and lost all of my progression and am starting the levels from scratch.

Just a black page saying popcore but the game won’t load. Sad face.

Wow that’s a lot of complaints about the game just stopping and not working. Well about to add another one. I had this issues where the app wouldn’t open so I decided bc I really like the game I would delete and start all the way over. Well guess what it’s happening again and I’m not about to start over for the 2nd time!!! Fix your game

Scavenger Hunt not loading - stops at popcorn screen - was working an hour ago.

Scavenger hunt by popcore is not loading, it's just a black screen stating POPCORE and a loading bar below that is it.

Wouldn't not load, stuck on loading screen "popcore" I forced stopped. Nothing. I Uninstalled and lost all of my progression. It started me all the way back at the beginning..most ganes I was on level 7. This didn't happen til that Tokyo game was added

I've been playing for 2 days straight (very addictive) but now the next map says "coming soon" and up at the top it says "pairs!" and "time!" with the ! jumping in red. Don't know what that means. I don't want to play in pairs. Why won't it let me on to the next map?
