Win game all my colours everywhere but game stops there till I switch off

Risk will not load. Remains on startup screen perfect internet connection on Samsung tablet android. Started August 9th has not worked since. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still same issue.

After latest 3.12 update, doesn't get past the startup screen. My network connection is solid so i know that's not the issue

Fails to load on Samsung galaxy tab a using android 11. Completely locks up and fails to get past first screen on a perfect WiFi link.

The game starts loading, then goes into background. getting back from background will restart loading but still does not complete , again and again. on occasions when getting back from background, I get: This app has a bug, wait for a revision from developer !!!

The game keeps crashing during the game at any point in time.I got to Grand master level and then the games I have played since just crashes out and I cannot re join and end up losing the game by default.
