I open the app and everything seems normal at first, but once it loads the play screen where you can choose which round you'd like to play... the screen glitches, and suddenly I'm looking at nothing but the background picture of the balls racked up in a triangle, set on top of a plain green screen... and that's it. All the rounds are gone and I can only shut the game down...or hit the back button, which only reloads the entry screen for it to just do it all over again. This has prevented me from playing for hours, like now. I have already deleted the apps'cache... I have turned on and then off airplane mode... I have used just wifi.... Just data.... Both... I have excellent connection to my network and I do not have any other streaming going on so I'm not sure how to fix it. The only way I can get it to stop is if I uninstall and then reinstall the game, which is a pain when it crashes at least twice a day.... Please Help!!!

hello my email is danielb1559@gmail.com my problem is pool payday will not play at all it goes to the opening screen and the scale goes to 90% and it shuts off meaning it exits the game. i would really like to get this fixed cause when you stay home more these days i need the game to work thank you
