For a couple of weeks now the game is having problems. It seems like the game may have gotten something done. The game clock is not working. None of my prizes at the bottom of the game is covered with a gray substance. The help prize blinks but when you tap it it does nothing, just keep blinking. Can’t use the clip,change board, switch board. NOTHING

I have an IPAD mini 2 and since the latest update of IOS 12.5.7 ONNECT does not want to start. I have tried to uninstalled ONNECT restart the IPAD and reinstalled ONNECT and it does not want to start it crashed right away.
