I have done all recommended issues to solve my problem to not avail. When I click on the app the screen just goes white then black and nothing happens. Only thing left is to uninstall and reinstall. Will I lose everything? I have spent hundreds of dollars on this game and do not want to lose any of my stuff. Please let me know, thank you
