Server issues still can't play the game and all my progress was lost I have to wait till they fix the issues it's very frustrating

This app appears to be having a problem with the internet connection. It keeps giving an error, "please connect to the internet" to access certain features, and I am connected. I would guess that their server is down. It has been down for hours, so hopefully they are working on it.

The app doesn't appear to be connected to the Internet, even if you are. It had a similar issue on Sunday, but this outage has been going on for a couple of hours.

I’ve paid three times to activate the Mahjong pass, but every single time after the payment, the app crashes. The money’s deducted from my account but the pass is not activated.
