Games opens get to the nuverse screen and then closes its self and crashes. Even after clearing data cache and restarting device and uninstall and reinstall

Game keeps crashing

It looks like there was an update and i was reset back to the start of the game but now i can't get by the first stage....ths first stage of clearing the monsters is too tough as i dont have enough troops....states i need to train more but i don't have access to barracks yet. I cant proceed in the game. Tried to clear data and cache and reinstall but i keep going back to the same state. I am using an android tablet that i would like to play this game on.

I have to clear all monsters but need to repair the barracks before I can train troops to attack 3rd group of monsters, but must first repair the gate. Game refuses to go any further even though castle is at level 4 and have enough resources to repair the wall gate. I was advised to uninstall and reinstall game, done that but cannot get any further, have also updated game to latest version but still can get any further. with the game. This is sooo annoying and frustrating.
