Is Knotwords Down?

Keeps shutting down when I finish a puzzle and not recognising that the puzzle is complete. I'm tearing my hair out here!🤬

Answer to daily classic is correct (even used a hint to confirm) but the game is showing the word in red as incorrect.

Won't accept ' Bastards' although says it's correct. Therefore getting no credit for completing today's classic puzzle

Knotwords classic not recognizing solution. entered word “bastards” down on right side to,complete puzzle. Word fits.

Have been unable to use Knotwords app for over a week. Ready to give up since it’s not on my end. I’ve tried all the usual suspects. Updated operating system. Rebooted iPad and server. All other apps work as intended. This app works on my phone app perfectly (android) but not my iPad (iOS) where I paid for complete access. Not happy, but on a positive note—I have determined that I don’t need it. Plenty of other fish in the sea. Too bad for you Knotwords. Bye bye—I’m done.

The game and/or the entire app is veeeerrrry slow to open & then closes abruptly without notice. Often without ever getting to a puzzle page. Kicks back to my home page. Unable to do anything. Have closed the app & reopened. Same result. Shut down iPad. Same result.

Daily classic seems to be faulty/incomplete, with empty hints and empty squares into which nothing can be typed. Slight changes (but still same issues) after restarting multiple times and closing and reopening app!

Knotwords isn’t saving my progress. Whether I choose “Save and Close” or “Resume,” the words I have as correct aren’t there when I resume the game. Very frustrating. And BTW I paid to play. Mostly love it, but…

July puzzles were all odd, the daily puzzles have been corrected, BUT July standard puzzle is still not right…. The July tricky puzzles are back to normal UK

There are fields without letters. A Word is marked as wrong but when i ask for a hint, ist says „well down“ or ist doesn‘t present a meaning.

1 July all three games showing blank tiles and errors. The hints say the words are correct when they clearly are not. I have 165 plus days and now I can’t even start the puzzles today.

No daily games are working starting today, July 1. Blank squares. accepts gibberish as correct but won't close, just a mess.

Some of the squares have no letters associated with them. Impossible to enter anything in the squares.

Todays classic has several empty cells, ie no letters show up. This not happened I the >100 days I’ve played.

All July daily puzzles are having issues with some blocked cells with no letters, some solo cells having 3-4 letters options, and some are blocked that u can’t continue playing or finish the words. First time to face this since many months using the app

July 1 2023 puzzles are not working. There are no solutions, hints just say **** and letters are scattered randomly.

The screen is still frozen. I won't be turning my free trial into a purchase if the app doesn't work so much of the time.

Despite having completed the daily classic puzzle, my streak was ended.

When I try to open Knotwords just get a solid blue screen

Blue screen on startup; updated the app in Play Store - all good now.

Knotwords launched to a blue screen and goes no further. Shut down and restarted my iPhone with no effect.

Start the app, get title page, and then blue screen. I restarted my iPad and still happens. I noticed the app updated today. Checked with a friend and hers works, but she is still working with the previous version of the app.

Same issue as John - Knotwords won’t load. When I start the game I get a title screen then a blank blue screen.

I cannot choose the option of ‘correct’ in my grid any more. I have removed and reloaded the app (losing my winning streaks in the process!) but the option is still absent, I can only ‘restart’(?)

I have a word correct but it is not accepting it...when i use hint it indicates that I have the right word. This happened today with the daily mini and last week with one of the daily classics.

Knotwords has twice crashed mid-game. I'm a dev, crashes happen. Losing more than 10 minutes of play is frustrating though. Please save state at least on the minute.

Freezing up

I was playing Knotwords Daily Twist on my iPhone when I accidentally hit the hint and, perhaps, another button. Afterward a tone started sounding constantly. Exiting and restarting the app has no effect. Please help.

Knotwords won’t load. All i see is a blue screen. Tried restarting the app and the phone. Also updated the app, still no luck. If I uninstall/reinstall will I lose my stats?

Knotwords is not working. When I double click on today’s puzzle, a blue screen appears and nothing else. I already restarted the app and my phone.

Start the app, play the app, all good. Close the app?? Usual screen bottom buttons hidden. Need to restart.

June tricky #24. Theme is animals but answer 4 letters down starting at extreme top right shows clue that fits theme of no long words. Also I can’t find a word it accepts for that slot but I realize that may be my problem.

In some June puzzles topic is different from answers. For example topic could be animals but a clue says fits with topic body parts,
