When I try to open a puzzle already in progress or any other puzzles in a series I got for fee with collected coins the screen goes white. This does not happen to any other downloaded puzzles

App opens on iPad. Daily free puzzle will not load. When I try to open a puzzle in a purchased pack JP says I have no network connection, therefore; won't open the puzzle. I do have a connection as other sites are working. Checked all settings and restarted...still won't work.
