Not able to play video within game
Will not trigger videos when extra rewards are presented following opening chests. Has been ongoing for at least 24 hours.
For several days now the adds will NOT play at all to earn free stuff. I have not purchased anything with real money or done anything different what do ever. Pls explain or fix or I will be forced to stop playing

I’m stuck on a screen to “collect my chest” rewards. It was supposed to give me 3 chests. But it’s continuing to give me chests. I’ve hit it a hundred times and it’s still stuck. I exited the app and went back twice. Still stuck on same chest reward screen. I have gotten too far for almost a year to “delete the app” to try and reinstall (I will have to start all over). Please help.

Upon restart after a few hours pause the game comes on and allows play, but the history is gone snd none of the settings work. Clicking the buttons up top like personal standings, 8 ball wheel, piggy bank etc stopped working. The menu items at bottom seem to be working. What do I do?

I Just took a break for like an hour, closed the app and when I returned my coins where like 4000 less than when I left, this has happened before and I thought I'm imagining things but I made a note of it this time, this does cost me money and I not happy with this app. The there's times in the middle of a match it disconnects and then sometimes it comes back and I lost my turn and sometimes I just lose the match and have to start over. Another thing is I really don't understand how to buy parts to upgrade cues. Help me out please or I'm going to a different app that is more fair. Thanks JERRY.

I can’t get into the game. When trying to open the app, there is apparently a server issue. I can’t delete the app and reopen it since I will lose all my progress along with 300 chalks, 90,000 coins, and about 2000 gems. As you can see, I have a serious investment in Infinity 8 Ball! What is the solution? It has been four days since this issue came up!
When I’ve positioned my cue and pull back for power the whole table moves back along with the cue causing me to lose games. Why is this happening? Too bad, I like this game.

Game loads but you can't play and of the games. Just spins for play or the wheel spins in challenges. Have to reboot the app and still the same from about 1pm pacific and still down.

STILL not loading opponents. Thought it was MY account, so I deleted/added app, turned phone off/on, and did some other troubleshooting. THEN decided to Google and see that a lot of others are experiencing the same thing. Makes me feel better, but still sucks.

I'm having the same issue as a lot of others. The opponents wheel just spins and spins and then after about 30 seconds or so I get taken to the Home Screen.
First of all I shouldn’t have to pay to get an answer and I already posted my problem the game isn’t working.

When I opened the app this morning, it was reset to a new guest user and all my progress and achievements are gone. I’m a daily player and had progressed fairly well into the leagues and tables
