Only loading to 90% for days now. Have restarted my phone several times as that has worked in the past, but it is stuck. I don't want to lose my dollars/points or I woukd Uninstaller and reinstall. Advice?

I start to play and then the other player plays and then the game freezes. So no one can play. I tried it 5 times this morning losing money. 😭

I am a loyal customer but the last 6 months have been a con i have spent over 500 on new albums and on Saturday and Friday spent 100 a day when I am playing and it says new game you have changed it from 4x to 16x meaning I lost 2 million in 3 seconds as you dealt rummy to other person, I want someone to phone me before I escalate matter as I lost out on massive prize yesterday by 2 keys, all because you are changing the bet, before I take this matter further I am asking for a refund since I started playing new album or the same in coins and prizes before I take this matter to Google and socialmedia, as I am so angry and no one has contacted me as already left 30 messages on different pages, this is fraud a con and not the first time you have conned me, so If someone. Could call me now 01324877875 to sort this out or you leave me no choice to go further.

I was able to play this morning but now it’s stuck on loading. I’ve tried several times even restarted my phone.
