Keep getting a restart with a different code from crashing error

Game will no longer load says error happing and game will restart. I'm afraid of uninstall and reinstall because I don't want to lose my progress I have lost it before doing that what is going on with game. Update your servers it apparently can not handle amount player you have

I have reached out to the help center numerous times complaining that my game constantly freezes and crashes. The longer I play the worse it gets. I rarely get to play for 10 minutes without having to restart the game. My internet connection is fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no improved performance. None of their recommendations have helped The help center personnel continue to forward my issues to the development team, but nothing has been resolved. I really enjoy this game, and if you look, I spend a considerable amount of money to play. This is very frustrating. The newest seasonal fishery (masurian) and sucessive tournaments have really increased the problem. I cannot get thru a single duel or battle without a lag or feezing completely. After every duel, or 2 at the most, the game states " AN ERROR OCCURRED. THE GAME WILL RESTART " I have lost numerous duels, battles, squirmishes and more importantly, several streaks and thousands of points toward thresholds because of this. I hope my issue can be resolved and look forward to playing more. Anything that can be done would surely be appreciated! Thank you, Bill Bergey
