Iron not being loaded from island boat,only wood,stone & gold being loaded from islands

can not attack or scout top part of the screen,white cloud appear.Have to delete and reinstalled the game each time but still the same.

Can not attack or scout top half of screen just white clouds appear, then game just locks have to shut down and restart iPad every time. Have deleted and reinstalled the game but still have the same problems, since new updates Many thanks

When I go to the battle screen it goes to white screen when I try to enter a battle

Since latest update: When attempting to scout bases at the top of the screen the scene goes white/clouds over, but then locks in that position. Game must be shut down to reset. Can only scout bases on the bottom 2/3’s of the sceen.
