I spend at least 200 tokens at a time, when the game is finished and before I get balls and prizes a box comes up saying oops something went wrong and we’ve notified developers. This has happened at least 10 times. I have never heard anything nor have I been reimbursed. It’s an expensive game and I can’t afford this to happen. It happened today. I need to be reimbursed right away.

Bingo Story is out and it was the puzzle was sitting (stationary) and not moving at all and Bingo Story is closed on both the computer & phone too and Bingo Story is now down.
