We can’t connect to a channel
The channels are not working
We tried plugging in on and off but no luck
Our tv is in good shape but our network is the problem so can anyone help us

I have only one station in all the channels and it's not HDT only a sport channel good thing I am with Telus for the phone and computer ,it normal I suppose ,view it's the long weekend on a Sunday ,fees going up cutting service at some channel but just that ok right ,,,,,

Live in Eastman Quebec. No TV reception phoning does no good only a busy signal obviously off the hook so not to have to take calls.
You would think that on this technical age you would be able to at least contact all the customers for which you have e.mails and let us know what is going on. This is a guarantee to switch back to bell after being with you for 7 to 8 years

Every day the internet goes extremely slow down to 0.8 mbs and last hours but yet at axion all they ever say is that it should be working now but it never is
