Internet keeps drop out says no networked connected. I turned on and of the computer i don't no how many times. What is the use of having internet when it does not work. rang and got no where waiting for a call back but you still want ya money every month for something that is useless

Can't get anything on my computer. Stuck on screensaver or blank page grey or white. Off since Friday just while looking at the news suddenly disappeared left with dark grey screen. Help please. Still waiting for callback. Waited 2 and half hours then 2 hours then another 1 and half hours. Is there anyone working at the call centre. This is really bad service!!! Since I did TeamViewer a few weeks ago I haven't had any Facebook notifications. What's going on ????

After having reset everything multiple times and trying to reach the admin site. Not been available for the Last two days? We have rung and held on for well over an hour. then opted for a call back....which we still waiting for? I have been holding on for 38min and counting?
