App won’t allow sign in says email/password isn’t right but it is and hasn’t changed then after trying again says their having issues and to try again later. It’s been 24 hours how much later is later?

I am unable to access your website using the emails you send. Example, your email that refers to games. If I click on the link, it gives me a 404 error message. The only way I can get to games is to go to google and put “AARP games”. It’s the same for accessing “rewards”. Your emails that provide a code to input for 50 or 100 points gives “HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request”. This has been going on for at least 5 days…. Please advise. Thank you.
